Waunifor has six self catering cottages clustered together on the same site.
They each have a unique character being the original stone outbuildings belonging to the mansion house on the Waunifor Estate. The cottages have been sympathetically modernised to a high standard of comfort and convenience, whilst retaining the charming qualities of old Welsh stone buildings.
All the cottages are centrally heated throughout and have fully fitted and equipped kitchens, and new bathrooms with showers. They are all rigorously inspected each year by the Wales Tourist Board, and have been graded as three and four star. Most have either a wood-burning stove or open fire (see individual cottage descriptions), with some logs included in the price. The cottages all have full sized cookers and fridges, microwave ovens, colour televisions, DVD players, irons and ironing boards. There is a coin operated laundry, with washing machine and tumble dryer for visitors use. Bed linen, heating and some logs are all included in the cottage price. A cot and high-chair can be provided on request. Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement. There is ample car parking on site, but should you wish to come via public transport the local rail station is at Carmarthen.

The cottages can be booked individually, or in combination for larger parties. There are 36 beds in total - great for reunions of family and friends. We also have function rooms available, and can arrange catering, so we are an ideal venue for weddings and other large parties - with guests staying onsite. Waunifor is open all year round, and the central heating and log fires make it a cosy stay during winter months, and the off-peak rates are also very attractive!
