Dog Friendly

We welcome well behaved dogs to Waunifor as we know how much they enjoy coming along on the family holiday or enjoying an off season short break or weekend.  Your dog will enjoy sniffing all the new smells along the quiet country lanes and running along the pathways, riverside walks or through the bluebell woods.

The beaches of Cardigan Bay are only 25 minutes away and from September until May dogs are allowed on all the beaches. During the summer season most beaches are divided up and dogs are allowed on part of the beach although they can have full access on some of them. Recently the coastal path was opened up all the way along the Ceredigion coastline and it is an absolutely stunning walkway with magnificent views on clear day of the Llyn Peninsula and mountains of North Wales.  You may be lucky in the early evening or morning to catch sight of the dolphins frolicking in the coastal waters or glimpse the seals sunbathing on the many rocky outcrops.

There is a small charge of £10 for the first dog and £5 for extra dogs and we request that you clean up after your dog and also make sure he or she is well behaved around other guests and does not chase the farm animals. We regret we cannot allow any of the ‘dangerous dog’ breeds.
