We chose Waunifor because of the crafts and we have thoroughly enjoyed the mosaics and pottery.  Lisette made me feel very comfortable adn was flexible in arranging times.  A very peaceful and relaxing week with wonderful weather.

I wanted to say how much we all enjoyed our stay in the Longhouse over the May half term holidays. It was a wonderfully relaxed setting which all members of the family thoroughly enjoyed.  It was an ideal location to visit many of the sights in the area and between us I think we managed to see a fair few although we did leave some so that we have an excuse to return!  The younger children enjoyed
pottery painting and the older ones, including grandad, has great fun making their pots on the wheel, an experience they won’t forget for some time.

We had a fabulous week in the coachhouse with our twin girls. The building was ideal accommodation for us, plus our mother and father and brother in law. The rooms were very clean and well presented and the log fire came in handy on the first couple of nights. The girls loved playing in the garden and going for long walks in the beautiful sunshine. All in all we had a great week. Thank you.

We had a lovely time and played lots of music, went on amazing walks and ate fantastic food. The setting is very beautiful and the Longhouse was cosy, warm and spacious. We hope to return! Excellent heating in the house and deliciously warm showers.

We were looking for somewhere where the kids could experience ‘real’ experiences and we could forget the emails and phone - we found that here!  You have really thought about your guests here. It was helpful to have washing up liquid etc, tea bags and coffee for when we first arrived and the bottle of wine was much appreciated after a 6 hour drive!  We will definitely be recommending you!

It was a large spacious cottage and great to have our own garden.  We appreciated the jug of milk, bottle of wine and welcoming touches.  A lovely location and delightful staff.  The pottery and beauty therapist were an added welcome, a bonus enjoyed by all.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for everything on our wedding weekend in June.  We had a really special time with our family and friends and loved staying at Waunifor, it was perfect for us. Fantastic accommodation. Lovely to find somewhere dog friendly.  The facilities were great and beautifully clean and there was plenty of room for all of our party to sit and eat together. The local walks were great.

We were so pleased with the Coachhouse welcome - it’s little box of chocs, lovely homemade jam and it was so clean which all made our holiday begin so positively. We found Lisette (the pottery and crafts tutor) both charming and talented.  The environment was perfect for us, her studio a pleasure to be in.  We have learnt how to mosaic and glass paint with ease and found it such fun too.  Sophie (Mayflower health and beauty) is mellow, professional and a delight to be with. Her manicure was perfect.  I can honestly say it has been a total pleasure and we will most definitely be visiting you all again.

Stable Cottage was very spacious and the children have had a ball playing in the wooded areas and riding their bikes. We very much enjoyed the Pilgrims Walk alongside the river yesterday. The beaches at Aberporth and Newquay were great for children and we loved our visit to the Rainforest Centre at Felinwynt.

Waunifor was perfect for our large family get-together. We felt very relaxed here and the children loved the freedom to run around and explore. We really appreciated having an old fashioned style holiday, getting a break from too much TV and computer games, enjoying quality time together and spending time outside close to nature.

What we particularly enjoyed about Waunifor was the peaceful, open location. The cottage was really spacious with a lovely log fire and the facilities were excellent. All the places we visited were not overly commercialised and we found the whole area to be unspoilt and slow paced – a welcome change. Most places we visited were within ½-1 hour away with gorgeous views along the way.

We found Waunifor by searching for ‘pet friendly’ cottages as we have 2 small dogs and were delighted with the holiday. We loved the peace and quiet and appreciated the friendly staff. In fact we enjoyed it so much it is the only cottage we would come back to!
