We go to a lot of really beautiful places but it’s really special here. We wish we’d found it years ago!

What we particularly enjoyed about Waunifor was the peaceful, open location. The cottage was really spacious (Heron) with a lovely log fire and the facilities were excellent. All the places we visited were not overly commercialised and we found the whole area to be unspoilt and slow paced – a welcome change. Most places we visited were within ½-1 hour away with gorgeous views along the way.

We loved the beautiful quiet surroundings. The site is lovely and relaxing and very pretty and well kept. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and we were also very pleased to find out the site was run on sustainable principles.

We particularly enjoyed the beautiful Waunifor site, the gardens are so pretty and it is wonderful for children. Our dog was also welcome and coped well with his first ever holiday. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff – thank you – and the cottage was clean and again we felt we were made very welcome.

We found Waunifor by searching for ‘pet friendly’ cottages as we have 2 small dogs and were delighted with the holiday. We loved the peace and quiet and appreciated the friendly staff. In fact we enjoyed it so much it is the only cottage we would come back to!

We stayed here 20 years ago and couldn’t believe the difference now. In one word ’FAB’. The changes that have been made really do make you feel at home. Duckpond Cottage is clean, bright and all you need for a holiday.

May I say on behalf of everyone we had a lovely time and were very pleased with the surroundings and hospitality that we had. The Longhouse was nicely decorated and had all the appliances one would need for a holiday stay. We are coming back next summer and booking 3 cottages for our wider family!
